weight loss and the post snow day

Well, lots of snow on the ground with most of us being home bound for now going on almsot 40 hours.

If there has been some boredom-related eating, get to that basement gym equipment and put some extra time on those machines.

If you are planning meals at home today hget creative to make some high-protein and vegetable dishes that will challenge your culinary prowess yet not challenge your waistline.

Out door activities to burn off calories? lots of it! shoveling, wlaking thru the snow (try a slight jog with boots on!)

Turn the weather adversity into a positive weight management expereince. Be creative and stay away from those Dove chocolate minis!
