weight loss and associations

Good morning....GREAT comment yesterday...helpful to all and I encourage you to take a look at the comment left by "Anonymous" to yesterday's entry.

Associations: Macaroni and ____________ peanut butter and ____________ hamburger and ___________ steak and ______________

filling in the blanks....cheese, jelly., fries and mashed potatoes.

We are all used to combining food sources in these association-type of ways. But it doesnt have to be that way....perhaps a hamburger and a side caesar salad....steak and steamed vegetables, movie theatre and NO popcorn...

Take time to think of the associative eating patterns that you do and try to eliminate these "automatic" combinations that will derail your desire to be happier and healthier.
