weight loss and football sunday

Good morning....tennis match for me this morning then i am fixed to the tv for the entire day...ends with my G-Men playing Dallas...i really do not feel good about this game for my team....

For those of us who watch football and for those of you who are burdened by having your spouse/kids/friends fixated on football and stuck in the house, please take time to think about the food choiced being offered up to the people watching the games...home "tail-gating" is the norm, wth beer, chips, sandwiches, etc all being served....it is kind of tradition.

Take the time to plan out your food choices and remember that you can most certainly root for your team and enjoy the games WITHOUT having to drink lots of beer and/or eat lots of high-caloric foods. Do NOT let one day get awy from you because you can undo 6 days of great focus and control by eating and drinking unhealthy one day...
