weight loss and vegetables

Many people share the commonality of not liking/seeking to put vegetables into their food choices. The reasons are pretty obvious...for most people, vegetables are not exactly the best tasting food choices. Face it, if we were made as human beings to be a weight losing specie, we would crave a good piece of carrot as opposed to great slice of chocolate cake. But unfortunately we do not...the carbs are what we crave and the carbs taste best to our palates.

Make it a challenge to proepare vegetables in a way that makes them taste better. For instance, many people love grilled vegetables on the grill....an added taste occurs especially if a small amount of flavoring is added as they cook. There are many creative ways of using vegetables as a staple of your dietary intake...Vegetables are your friends...consumption makes you healthier and happier...the carbs although tasting better ultimately will make you less healthy and less happy.
