weight loss and challenging yourself

Good Sunday morning..beautiful weather today will allow you to perhaps get some outdoor exercise!

We often are challenged by people and things around us. Whether if be a teenage child whose behavior is less than optimal to a co-worker or employee whose performance is not up to par to financial issues that come up...we are constantly being challenged.

The thoughts of challenging ourselves is often not a good one, as there is already too much challenge out there already. As this relates to weight, it is critically important that yo do challnege yourself to live the lifestyle necessary to bring you to a healthy weight. Challenge yourself to be around those holiday alcohol drinks and high caloric food sources and NOT give in to the immediate gratification behaviors. This is a good personal challenge to take and one that could keep you alive longer in a better state of health.
