Being a Role Model and Inspiration

As you are working through your weight loss efforts, others are watching you and hoping you succeed. Along the way, there also may be a number of people for whom you are providing inspiration. Perhaps you have children who have weight issues...or a spouse. Maybe it is a friend or coworker who need to lose weight but have not yet found the fortitude to embark on a weight loss effort.

To feel that your weight loss initiative may motivate a significant person(s) in your life to follow suit almost puts even more pressure on you to be successful. But it is reality that when you lose a significant amount of weight and become healthier/look younger etc, you will serve as an inspiration to others around you. Not only are you helping yourself, but others may be positively affected as well. Kind of like that movie "Pay it Forward".

Okay, game time...I brought that movie up...Pay it Forward. If you e-mail me with the correct answer, you get a free bottle of serotonin. Here is the question: Can you name the actor who played the teacher and the actress who played the mother of the kid? My e-mail: serotab@aol.com and NO LOOKING ANSWERS UP ON THE INTERNET!!!
