I am taking off for Dulles Airport early tomorrow morning and I have been thinking in retrospect that in walking the streets of London for the past 4 days, the overweight rate appears to be the same as America. The portions are smaller and food more expensive, but EVERY dish comes with "chips" (these are french fries). Also, the alcohol consumption appears to be VERY abundant here, which of course will lead to weight issues.
Perhaps a Serotonin-Plus clinic in London??? Hmmmmm...not a bad idea!!!

You haven't mentioned much about the weather. Usually it is overcast and rainy. I found the people appeared to look unhappy and maybe that is because of the climate. We know how we feel when we don't have a nice sunny, pleasant day. It does impact our mood and that definitely doesn't put us in the frame of mind to get out and "move".
Hope you got to enjoy some of the theaters. We know how you love a good show!
